ANNOUNCEMENT OF NEW 'NetRefer' JOINT VENTURE FOR ARNOLD MEDIA AND ALTANOVA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS

EARLS COURT, United Kingdom, 23rd January 2007 - On the opening day of the ICEi 2007 exhibition at Earls Court, Arnold Media and Altanova Business Solutions have formally announced their joint venture operation: the company will be called NetRefer. NetRefer will develop and supply advanced Performance Marketing Solutions to the iGaming Industry.
NetRefer will be based in Malta, with R & D in South Africa and the UK, and main development and support will be supplied at their Malta office, taking advantage of Altanova's extensive experience in software development & technical support.
Raphael Arnold has been named as CEO of the company, which is staffed by personnel from both Arnold Media and Altanova Business Solutions.Arnold Media will be supplying their operational and marketing know how and will manage the sales and enhancement of the Performance Marketing Products. Arnold Media will also be handling Client Account Management. Johan Zammit, CEO of Altanova Business Solutions, has been named as Chief Technical Officer to ensure a strong interaction between the South African and UK R & D groups and co-ordination between Arnold Media and Altanova Business Solutions.
NetRefer will combine the high quality iGaming and Marketing experience of Arnold Media with the leading edge development know-how of Altanova Business Solutions. Through NetRefer, iGaming companies will have access to the very best Performance Marketing Solutions. The synergies which flow from combining the experiences of the companies should increase the pace of development of the various products, and in turn this is expected to accelerate the adoption of the technology in The Next Generation of Performance Marketing products.
