The Client Executive is responsible for managing multiple Client Systems and Client Relationships. The Client Executive will be the main point of contact on a daily basis for all existing Clients. This position requires the ability to communicate effectively with Senior Executives, Affiliate Managers and other key stakeholders.

The position will require the Client Executive to, on occasion, arrange on and off-site client meetings to discuss solutions to issues, new development requests or for any other reason that may be required.

The Client Executive must demonstrate the ability to clearly understand the customer’s business requirements, document them and to effectively address those requirements strategically and profitably.

This position is responsible and accountable for the running of each Client System and for business relationships with the Client. In this role the Client Executive will be the liaison between the Project Management Team and Technical personnel to ensure that any new Development Request time lines are communicated to the Client and the deployments are successful.

The Client Executive will be responsible for existing Client retention and growth. The Client Executive must have a strong leadership presence with the customer and internal staff alike.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 to 3 years excellent track record of Client business relationships and management.
• The ideal candidate must be proactive, energetic and a self starter and willing to put in extra time to meet expectations.
• The candidate must have an excellent command of English and good communication skills.
• The candidate should have a good understanding of software systems and preferably some experience in an Affiliate role.
• The Candidate must have excellent organizational and administration skills.
• The candidate must have a good knowledge of MS Office. A basic understanding of enterprise and database system architecture would be advantageous.
  

As the Senior QA Engineer you are expected to have deep knowledge in software testing methodologies and the system development life cycle. This knowledge and experience will be used to design and maintain test plans, scenarios, and automation scripts for NetRefer products. Also as a QA Engineer you will be responsible for performing unit testing, integration testing, performance testing, functional testing, client acceptance testing, user interface testing, batch process testing, and production support testing of our various software products, making use of plans, tools, and scripts.

Participation in design specification reviews and technical documentation reviews is essential to performing these duties. Finally, the applicant will be expected to create testing and performance summary reports and clearly communicate to NetRefer’s management all testing results.

The following are essential duties and responsibilities for this position, which include:

• Contribute to the entire software development life cycle from initial business requirements to deployment and production support
• Design and implement test scenarios and cases (with focus on integration & batch processing scenarios)
• Lead all technical testing efforts including integration testing and performance testing
• Ensure QoS (Quality of Service) levels of software products through performance test benchmarking
• Provide the Production team with support of software products by investigating and recreating reported defects
• Train and mentor other junior QA engineers and developers in testing methodologies and software development life cycle
• Assist in the implementation of QA standards and continual improvement activities

Qualifications Required

Education and Experience

• Practical working knowledge of software testing methodology
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Exceptional analytic and problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• A minimum of 2 years experience in software testing and quality assurance
• Experience in designing and implementing test plans, scripts, and scenarios

Technical Skills Recommended

• Working knowledge of Windows 2003 testing platforms
• Testing experience with IE 5.5 onwards, Mozilla Firefox 2 onwards, and Safari browsers
• Familiarity with databases, knowledge of SQL and experience writing SQL queries.
• A minimal knowledge of software development for scripting automation tests.
• Knowledge on web security and bug management systems will be considered an asset.

The Business Intelligence Specialist’s role is to strategically design and implement Business Intelligence software and systems, including integration with databases and data warehouses. This includes selecting, blueprinting, gathering requirements, designing, and rolling out Business Intelligence solutions. The Business Intelligence Specialist is also responsible for ensuring high levels of Business Intelligence availability through support functions and in-depth testing.

Primary job tasks:

• Responsible for all activities related to the design and development of enterprise wide data analysis and reporting solutions.
• Produce standard reporting / business intelligence ’packages’ (dashboards, presentations, etc.) for use by NetRefer’s management.
• Review and evaluate work and prepare performance reports
• Confer with and advise subordinates on administrative policies and procedures, technical problems, priorities, and methods.
