1. Discovery Phase
The discovery phase is used by our Client Implementation Team to initiate a co-operative discussion between NetRefer and yourself on both business and technical requirements, this seed phase of business growth utilizes clear implementation principles to Kick-Off the next step in your business’s development.
2. Design
During the discovery phase you will also be introduced to our Designers to discuss the design aspects of your solution, so that work can commence on creating a customized mini website(microsite) with excellent landing page designs for your NetRefer Solution(geared towards conversions) as well as Micro-site mock-ups for Affiliate acquisition. NetRefer can guarantee a high SEF(search engine friendly / SEO compatible) design -because we understand Internet Marketing.
3. Deployment
After the initial Kick-Off the technical implementation team will use the specifications stipulated during the Discovery phase to prepare your NetRefer Solution and Implement it. Deployment will close off by sending you access details together with final instructions on how to complete technical setup that is required from your end (e.g. DNS, Data Transfer, etc.).
4. Solution Setup
After successful deployment our technical team together with the support group will assist you in setting up the data transfer solution for player registration and activity, and migrate any existing data (e.g. Affiliates, Customers and Banners) and help you setup Commissions, Templates, Languages, Fees and other module dependent settings.
5. Beta Testing and Go-Live
In this last step closed loop testing is performed that will test the setup of the system including affiliate and player registration, data transfer , commission calculation, payments and reporting until the system is ready and signed-off to go-live.
6. Multiple Reward Plan Types
Revenue Share, CPA, CPL, CPR, CPC, Fixed Sum or a hybrid combination and products specific plans are all possible. Plans can be program wide or product specific. Ability to offer Affiliates exclusive offers for set periods which then revert back to normal plans. No limitations.
7. Multilingual Partner Interfaces & Microsites
The Affiliate front end, Microsite and messaging systems can be Multilingual. Just add languages as you need them using our content management system.
8. Partner & Admin Audit Trails
Monitor vital activities in the system and be notified when important information such as bank details or websites are changed. Our Audit trail allows you to track all logins and critical activities performed by the Affiliate as well as the Program Management Team.
9. Permissions & Regional Management
Easily grant or limit access to certain areas and functionality for various members of the Program Management Team such as Country Managers and Media Managers. Also allow Affiliates to determine access levels for their own users.
10. Advanced Media Serving
Featuring a Dynamic Media Server with Rotating Media Groups that gives you full control over all your creatives out on the internet. Promotion expired? No Problem! Just change the banner in the system and it automatically updates on all the Affiliates’ websites.
11. Multiple Media Types
All types of banners, emails, reviews, feeds as well as third party served media can be accommodated by the system. Single or bulk upload of banners makes regular tasks much easier.
12. Predefined Media Groups
Setup predefined groups of banners for specific events and by using the Timed Banner feature you can set the frequency and timings of banners to expire and be replaced once the campaign is over and a new one starts.
13. Messaging System & News
Two-way communication with Affiliates via the internal messaging system. Keep your Affiliates up to date with the latest information via internal inbox or regular email. Messages can be sent either individually or in bulk. Ability to send out the HTML newsletters as well as templated emails.
